We continuously identify, acquire, and exploit upstream assets in Indonesia or other territories to achieve business scalability to emerge as fully integrated. While focusing to optimize owned assets into multiples in valuation by driving efficiency from know how to operate with proper implementation of ESG approach to deliver the targeted milestones that depicts from technology, innovation, and safety.

We are an operator for a producing asset in United States territory in the state of Texas. Entering into a Joint-Operating Body contract for a producing asset in Indonesia including two other targeted producing assets in the process for strategic acquisition.
Midstream
Clean Energy Producer
We identify and create investment opportunities that align with delivering safe and efficient transportation, storage, and processing solutions that supports energy reliability. Building on our experience, we are advancing toward becoming a clean energy producer. We aim to allocate investment into lower-carbon and renewable energy initiatives while reducing the environmental footprint of our operations.

We are in development to establish a partnership with a prolific producing gas asset for investment allocation in building a liquefaction plant to process gas to liquefied natural gas (LNG) and becoming clean energy producer to meet gas demand domestic and global markets.
